It is right that the IRS is going to oversee the compliance with the Health Care Act.

Obamacare is very confusing.

Only a more confusing law and department that handles the tax laws can assure compliance with Obamacare...Our government does not understand "make it simple".  Maybe...that's because our elected officials have simple minds...or is it they lack common sense and the ability to do "what's right"?
