Homeless, under insured, no medical insurance, no income, no job, businesses closing, layoffs, failing education, lack of integrity in elected officials, lack of integrity in corporations, increasing crime, increasing drug use, increasing complacency.  We have increasing population in one or more of the previous categories, yet we send billions overseas.  If we do not take care of our own, how can we effectively help others?  A poor foundation (no matter how well the rest of the structure is built) is doomed to collapse.

Why worry about our enemies destroying us when we are doing it to ourselves?  History is repeating itself.  Educate yourself by studying past civilizations and how they collapsed and you will see similarities with what is happening here.

 Education should be a priority and the care of our seniors and those in need. We can do more as a collective than as an individual.

We should be demanding better elected officials, better education, better health care, better food quality and safety, better tax laws, better laws and better foreign policies. You will lose, we will lose if complacency and caring more for ourselves then others and our integrity of our country.  This is not to say we become a society of socialism or communism, rather, a country of uniting as a whole for the good of all and the individual.  A good example is the founding of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the cities, counties, states and the nation working together” to protect and preserve the rights, liberties  and freedom for all”… “The right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness”.   Does this ring a bell (the liberty bell)?

When we allow a bully to pick on one, the bulling spreads to many.  We need to stand up and preserve what our founding fathers sought for this nation of freedom and rights.  We need to find our commonalities and respect our differences to become a strong country and example to the rest of the world as a united people where the individual’s rights and liberties are our highest priorities.

We have lost sight of why this United States was founded.  How many know what “The Constitution of the United States” guarantees?
